Job Description
We are recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to estimate and control costs for our Project, ensuring structures meet legal and quality standards. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be involved in every stage of a project, with responsibilities including preparation of commercial reports, valuations, and subcontract management.
Requirements
- Experience with NEC Option 1
- Experience with Change Management, programmes, measurement, CVR's, forecasts, and cashflows
- Commercially astute with knowledge of standard forms of contract and standard methods of measurement
- Computer literate with strong skills in Microsoft Office Applications (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint)
- Good communication skills including presentations and ability to negotiate and persuade others
- At least 5 years QS experience and ideally a minimum of 2 years as a SQS
