We are searching for an experienced and hands-on Lodge Manager to lead the daily operations of our remote luxury lodges, across the Northern Territory, Western Australia and Queensland. The role involves overseeing lodge operations, mentoring staff, ensuring exceptional food & beverage service, and delivering unforgettable guest experiences.
Requirements
- Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing lodge team
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences from arrival through to departure
- Oversee daily lodge operations, staffing and departmental coordination
- Manage rosters, labour costs and payroll processes using Deputy
- Coordinate food & beverage operations alongside the Head Chef
- Monitor budgets, stock control, ordering and cost management
- Conduct regular inspections of guest accommodation and lodge presentation
- Ensure maintenance issues are identified, reported and followed through
- Drive strong workplace health & safety standards and compliance
- Conduct staff training, inductions and ongoing performance management
- Manage guest feedback and continuously improve service delivery
- Complete daily reconciliations and operational administration
