Outback Spirit Tours is seeking passionate, professional couples or dynamic duos to join their team for the 2026 touring season. The role involves leading luxury small-group adventure travel journeys through some of Australia's most breathtaking and remote regions.
Requirements
- Medium Rigid Licence or higher (essential for drivers, desirable for guides)
- Heavy Vehicle and off road driving experience
- Commercial Passenger Endorsement (essential for drivers, desirable for guides)
- Current First Aid and CPR certification (valid for 12 months)
- Food Handling Certificate
- Required Guiding Accreditations for specific locations (E.g. Uluru Kata Tjuta, Kakadu etc)
- Exceptional verbal communication skills and high presentation standards
- Problem-solving abilities that ensure an exceptional guest experience
- Previous on road tour experience would be highly regarded
