The Associate Director of Talent will lead by action and example to advance a culture of positivity, professionalism, trust, transparency, empathy, and excellence at Joybound. They will partner with the CTO to build a strong and inclusive culture and implement the organization’s strategic goals related to the employee value proposition, talent acquisition, benefits, learning and development, performance management, retention, and other talent related projects.
