What You Will Do

Leading and developing a high-performing sustaining engineering team, acting as technical authority across mechanical product design and lifecycle support, driving resolution of complex technical and field issues, leading and prioritising sustaining projects with real business impact.

Requirements

• Degree-qualified in Mechanical Engineering or similar (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years’ experience in mechanical product development, including sustaining engineering
• Proven experience leading engineering teams and complex projects
• Strong background in mechanical design, plastics, materials, and tooling
• Experience working in regulated product environments (ISO, FDA, medical or similar)
• Confident communicator with strong judgement and decision-making ability
