
Job description
The Preconstruction Manager plays a critical role in the successful planning and execution of projects. This individual will oversee the preconstruction phase, including estimating, budgeting, planning, and coordination to ensure projects are set up for success before construction begins.
Lead the development of comprehensive project budgets and schedules, work closely with clients and design teams, identify and evaluate project risks, prepare and submit competitive bids, and provide insights for cost-saving measures.
We seek a Preconstruction Manager with leadership skills, expertise in preconstruction management services, and ability to sell work and make big deals. The ideal candidate will have a four-year college degree related to construction/engineering or completion of an apprenticeship, and at least 6 years of experience in estimating or project management.
