Requirements

• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and perform typical tasks associated with installing heating and cooling systems
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• EPA Certification
• Prior experience as lead technician (otherwise apply for apprentice position)
• NATE Certifications are favorable
• Strong desire to be a better technician tomorrow than you are today
• Experience as a skilled or semi-skilled laborer is strongly preferred
