Concrete Foreman

The Foreman (Concrete) is responsible for supervising and coordinating concrete crew to prepare and apply concrete for fabricating, covering and reinforcing structures. Key duties include ordering materials, installing forms, and directing workers to ensure timely and professional completion of work.

Requirements

• Run concrete crews and oversee work is done in a safe, timely and professional manner.
• Order and schedule concrete and other required materials to achieve daily production.
• Install forms, subgrade, reinforcing, wire mesh and placement of concrete per job specification.
• Direct workers who spread, vibrate, screed and float concrete to ensure it is properly compacted.
• Consult with managerial staff to receive directions for crew and subcontractors.
