We are hiring ALL levels of Superintendents! This position is responsible for coordinating all site construction activities, including maintaining the highest quality, supervising all trade and field personnel, administering good construction safety practices, and completing the project on schedule and within budget.
Requirements
- Assist the General Superintendent in the development, updating, modification, and maintenance of the project schedule
- Implement and maintain corporate safety program requirements
- Attend weekly foreman and superintendent meetings
- Prepare daily construction reports
- Establish and maintain a system of document control
- Assist in the preparation of the monthly status report
- Ensure required permits and approvals are secured
- Work in partnership with the project manager to identify and address issues of constructability or lack of scope
- Participate in the development and final review of scope, buy-out, and schedule
- Maintain an updated and accurate project schedule
- Promote positive subcontractor relations
- Maintain and review the punch list process
