Job Description
JRM is seeking a Superintendent to oversee daily field operations, provide guidance and leadership to site staff, and manage project schedules, budgets, and quality control. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in interior, high-end commercial general contracting and a proven track record of managing complex projects in occupied spaces.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Superintendent, preferably in interior, high-end commercial general contracting
- Proven record of managing complex projects in occupied spaces
- Capable of managing/coordinating multiple quick turnaround projects simultaneously
- Demonstrate proficiency in reading commercial construction plans and specifications
- 10-Hour OSHA Construction Safety and Health Certificate
- 4-Hour Supported Scaffold User Certificate
