Superintendent (MEPS)

JRM is seeking an MEP Superintendent to oversee daily field operations, provide leadership and supervision of site staff, and manage project schedules and subcontractors. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience as a Superintendent, a proven track record of managing complex projects in occupied spaces, and proficiency in reading commercial construction plans and specifications.

Requirements

• At least five years of relevant experience as a Superintendent focusing on the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Sprinkler aspects of construction projects
• Must have a proven record of managing complex projects in occupied spaces
• Capable of managing/coordinating multiple quick turnaround projects simultaneously
• Demonstrate proficiency in reading commercial construction plans and specifications
• 10-Hour OSHA Construction Safety and Health Certificate
• 4-Hour Supported Scaffold User Certificate
