MC&A is seeking an Account Coordinator to support the Sales Team. The role involves creating proposals, reserving vendors, generating contracts, and providing program support. The position is remote and based in Orlando or New Orleans.
Requirements
- 1-2 years' experience in the DMC industry and/or event planning
- In-depth knowledge of destination
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask, perform efficiently under tight deadlines
- Detail oriented, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as with a team
- Self-starter who can work with minimal direction at tasks with a sense of urgency and dedication to accomplishing them
