Job Description
As a Consultant in Strategy, you will support retail banking institutions, specialized financing companies, and fintechs in defining and implementing their strategic orientations.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in a consulting firm or bank
- Good knowledge of retail banking issues
- Ability to structure a consulting approach and lead a small team
- Excellent analytical and writing skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service sense
- Proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Jira, Microsoft 365
