Job Description
As a Transformation Consultant, you will accompany retail banks, specialized financing companies, and fintechs in their strategic, organizational, digital, and regulatory transformation projects. Your goal is to help them adapt their organization, modernize their operations, and strengthen their operational efficiency in a context of strong sector mutation.
Requirements
- Between 4 and 6 years of experience in a consulting firm or bank
- Good knowledge of retail banking issues
- Ability to structure a consulting approach and lead a small team
- Excellent analytical and writing skills
- Good interpersonal skills and customer service skills
- Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Jira, Microsoft 365
