ServiceNow Developer

Role Overview

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be part of the Access and Catalogue Engineering team, responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the processes that govern access to resources and applications. You will work on developing and maintaining a centralized catalogue of resources and services, providing a single pane of glass for access requests, approvals, and provisioning.

What You Will Do

Your main responsibilities will include demonstrating appropriate values and behaviours, assessing authorisation models for applications, executing processes in line with the security concept, maintaining the catalog, and enforcing standards based on communicated requirements. You will also be responsible for portal development and customization, case management configuration and support.

You should have experience in Identity Access Management or a related field, with a strong focus on migration projects and application onboarding. Proficiency with Active Directory, Entra ID, or related systems is required, and experience with ServiceNow is a plus.

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of experience in Identity Access Management or a related field
• In-depth knowledge of access management principles
• Strong understanding of different authorisation models
• Knowledgeable of common frameworks in the IAM environment
• Proficiency with Active Directory, Entra ID, or related systems
• Experience with ServiceNow (configuration) is a plus
