Jumeirah Mallorca is seeking a Cook to join their Kitchen Department in Spain. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in a professional kitchen environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes in a professional kitchen environment.
• Skilled in the safe operation and maintenance of kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills, fryers, and specialty tools.
• Experience in stock management, ingredient rotation, and ensuring consistent supply for smooth kitchen operations.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards in line with luxury hotel requirements.
• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively and support seamless daily kitchen operations.
