An opportunity has arisen for a Stewarding Manager position to join the Culinary Department in Jumeirah Mallorca, overseeing daily Stewarding operations and managing inventory, equipment, and team members.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chief Steward or Stewarding Supervisor in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good organizational and operational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (knowledge of hotel systems is a plus)
