Jumeirah is seeking an Outlet Manager for its Japanese Nikkei restaurant in Jumeirah The Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, strong leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and develop teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the international luxury hospitality industry
• Proven leadership capability with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory position
• Strong understanding of luxury service standards and high-end guest expectations
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams in a fast-paced, pre-opening or operational environment
• Experience working within structured frameworks, with adaptability to evolving organisational models and career progression systems
