Job Description
We are looking for Residential Support Workers to provide day-to-day care and support to young people in care, including those with challenging and disruptive behaviors. You will be part of a team dedicated to caring for young people with compassion and positive relationships.
Requirements
- Ability to interact with a range of people/young people
- Ability to work as part of a team
- To be able to provide consistency of care and support to the young people
- A desire to work with children who may display challenging behavior
- Commitment to working with children who may be at risk of Child Sexual Exploitation
- Full Driving Licence is essential
