Waking Nights Support Worker - Children & Young People

We are looking for a Waking Nights Support Worker to provide day to day care and support to young people who may display challenging behaviours. You will be part of a team dedicated to caring for young people with compassion and a commitment to positive relationships.

Requirements

• Ability to interact with a range of people/young people.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Consistency of care and support to the young people.
• Ability to work with children who may display challenging behaviour.
• Commitment to working with children who may be at risk of Child Sexual Exploitation.
• Shift work including weekends, evenings & sleep in duties on a rota system.
• Full Driving Licence is essential.
