We're looking for an Inbound SDR Manager to lead our inbound SDR team responsible for North America and Latin America Direct and MSP business. This role will lead a team of inbound SDRs and drive the evolution of our inbound engine through Agentic AI workflows, enabling automation of administrative workstreams.
Requirements
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Inbound SDRs
- Own inbound conversion KPIs
- Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Marketing Ops, Sales Enablement, and RevOps
- Continue to refine qualification frameworks
- Drive excellence in buyer qualification, disqualification discipline, and meeting quality
- Coach SDRs on talk track adoption, discovery, objection handling, urgency creation, and technical buyer conversations
- Monitor Salesforce, Gong, and inbound workflow systems
- Structure and coordinate feedback loops
- Own reporting cadences for weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reviews
