The Coordinator of Health Services is responsible for the vision, implementation, and oversight of the school’s comprehensive health program, ensuring high-quality care for students across all three divisions.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited professional nursing education program, BSN Preferred
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas
- Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a school health setting or pediatric leadership role
- Current CPR - Health Care Provider (BLS) certification; instructor-level certification for CPR and/or First Aid is a plus
- Advanced ability to navigate health management database, substitute management, and Google/Microsoft Suite
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and authoritative in emergencies
- Confidentiality and discretion to handle sensitive student, family and employee information
