As Operations Manager Field Services, you will be responsible for managing the Service Operations department within Jungheinrich Belgium, providing efficient and quality after-sales service, and developing the department through active KPI management and result-oriented steering.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership, operationally coordinating role
- Master-level thinking
- Outstanding knowledge of Dutch and a good knowledge of French and English
- Demonstrated experience in people management and coaching of managers
- Strong experience in change management within a (technical) operational environment
- Analytical strong and result-oriented, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Connecting personality with strong communicative skills
