Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial function with a strong operational component
• Master's degree or equivalent
• Excellent mastery of Dutch and good knowledge of French and English
• Confirmed experience in people management and coaching of managers
• Solid experience in leading change in an operational (technical) environment
