Role Overview

We're building cutting-edge LLM-powered tools to supercharge the investment research process for private market investors. Our clients include several of the world's top 10 private equity and consulting firms, and are responsible for investing billions of dollars annually. We're a profitable, bootstrapped company with a growing team of 28 based in London and NYC.

What You Will Do

Build GTM systems, automate routing and hygiene, set up repeatable cadences, create targeted content, and run RevOps processes and automation.

Requirements

• 2-4 years in RevOps / Sales Ops / Growth Ops (or a highly operational SDR role) at a fast-moving B2B SaaS company
• Meticulous CRM hygiene, clear stage definitions, and consistent logging
• Hands-on builder who ships workflow automation and improves systems week by week
• Data-minded: ability to create simple dashboards and reporting
• Crisp communication and follow-through
