2nd Shift Assembly Tech Lead

Jupiter Bach is seeking an Assembly Tech Lead to provide guidance and support to subordinate team members in order to meet production schedules. The successful candidate will model the company's hierarchy of operation SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost) and perform various tasks to ensure efficient production.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED Equivalent from an accredited institution
• Experience with required tools for the production process is required
• Knowledge of the production process is required
• Proven dependability, performance, and attendance is required
• Ability to read, understand, and convey work instructions to team members is required
