The Lamination Tech prepares and infuses molds for the next stage of production, adhering to safety rules and meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• Pack fiberglass mattes into prepared molds
• Manifold and infuse packed panels
• Meet scheduled deadlines
• Understand and implement the vacuum infusion process
• Adhere to safety rules
• Previous experience operating warehouse equipment
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and mathematical skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
