JRI is seeking a Master’s Level In-Home Clinician/Therapist to provide community-based services, including family therapy, in-home therapy, and case management. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling, and clinical licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LICSW, LMFT).
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling from an accredited college or university required
- Clinical licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) or able to sit for clinical licensure required
- Must have clinical experience with children and adolescents required; familiarity with trauma informed models of treatment preferred
- Ability to create and implement treatment or service plans that reflect a thorough understanding of the client’s background
- Demonstrated capacity to develop therapeutic relationships with individuals from various backgrounds
- Open to maintaining a flexible work schedule and participate in an on-call schedule
- Proficiency in or the capacity to learn electronic medical record software, along with fundamental computer skills, including the Microsoft Suite
- Ability to learn the needs of the youth under our care and their families; a willingness to offer a variety of interventions and treatments required by this population
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle as transporting youth is required
