Team Lead (Backend Engineer) for Property Management Platform (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Team Lead/Senior Engineer who can take on a main role in bringing our product to the next level, building upon an existing MVP. As a team lead, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of developers, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a software engineer
• expertise with Java Backend development Spring or JEE
• experience with Frontend technologies such as React(preferred) Angular or Vue
• experience designing and implementing efficient SQL and NoSQL storage systems
• Passion for creating performant and reusable software components in a service-oriented architecture
• Coding best practices up your sleeves
• Designing public grade REST APIs
• writing structured documentation
• deciding on component responsibilities
• Comfortable handling of CI/CD systems
• Have used BDD/TDD
• Fluent in English (cross-border team communication)
