Senior Product Marketing Manager, Release Marketing

At Justworks, we're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to build and scale our release marketing system. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of product marketing experience, a systems thinking mindset, and experience with AI-driven automation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of product marketing or GTM experience
• Experience architecting GTM or release marketing infrastructure from scratch
• Hands-on practitioner of AI tools and automation
• Demonstrated ability to influence and drive alignment across Product, Marketing, and GTM leadership
• Strong writing and messaging skills
• Experience with in-product messaging tools and marketing automation platforms
