Vice President, Global Controller

Justworks is looking for a VP Accounting with a proven track record of building and leading an exceptional accounting organization, being the executive lead to champion and execute accounting-related initiatives, communicate and obtain buy-in across the leadership team, and oversee the SEC-readiness process to ensure Justworks is set up for success in the event of a public offering.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience, with at least 5 years of progressive accounting experience in an SEC-compliant organization or as an auditor for an SEC-filer at a top tier accounting firm
• BS Degree in Accounting or related field (MBA/MSA a plus); CPA certification is required
• Experience managing and building out a team, and; Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
