Your tasks and responsibilities
- Communication Management: You support our experienced team in comprehensive customer communication over the phone, email, and WhatsApp, as well as in handling bookings and reservations
- Content Management: You create valuable content about our travels (descriptions, FAQs, illustrations)
- SEO Management: You write SEO-optimized texts, maintain the created content independently in our internal system, and work with tracking and analysis tools Seobility and Google Analytics
- Digital Marketing: You support our team in creating and managing social media content as well as analyzing performance
- Key Account Management: You take care of our cooperation partners. In this role, you act as an interface between our customers and partners to combine the wishes of both sides
- Business Development: You will expand our product offer after an introduction phase and identify new cooperation partners for children's and youth travel
