Communication Management
You support our experienced team in a comprehensive customer communication over the phone, email, and WhatsApp, as well as in the processing of bookings and reservations
You forward our bookings to the travel organizers, stay in close contact with our partner organizers
Content Management
You create valuable content for our travels (descriptions, FAQs, images, landing pages)
You contribute significantly to the creation and updating of travel content for the upcoming season, and ensure that our offers are always up-to-date and appealing
Ideally, you have a background or degree in tourism or the humanities
You are a communication talent and possess cross-cultural competence
You work structured and goal-oriented on a task
You are a reliable contact person and adhere to agreements and appointments
You write well and in error-free German
You are looking for a voluntary internship or a compulsory internship
Duration of at least 3 months, more is possible (e.g. 4, 5 or 6 months)
Bonus point: You have already been to a summer camp - as a child or as a supervisor
