K1 is seeking an Executive Recruiter to support talent acquisition across its portfolio of software companies. The ideal candidate brings a strong personal drive, excellent communication skills, and a desire to build lasting relationships with senior talent.
Requirements
- 0-4 years of recruiting experience in high-growth or SaaS environments
- Demonstrated success in hiring for roles across multiple functions (Sales, CS, Marketing, Finance, HR, Product, etc.)
- Proven ability to build and manage a high-volume candidate pipeline
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Experience with direct sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter or equivalent tools) and full-cycle recruiting
- Ability to operate independently and manage multiple searches simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and professional integrity
- A team-player mindset with a passion for building great organizations
- Bachelor's degree
