K1 is seeking a Legal Operations Analyst to join our growing legal operations team in Manhattan Beach, CA. The ideal Legal Operations Analyst will provide operational and technology support across the full range of K1’s deal execution, portfolio company governance and equity management, and fund administration activities.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a legal, financial services, or professional services environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfort learning new software quickly
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines simultaneously
- Sound judgment, high ethical standards, and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- A positive, team-player attitude with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset—you see problems and fix them without being asked
