Kahoot! is looking for a Senior Account Executive, New Business to join our North Sales team (UKI, Nordic & Benelux) with a specific focus on the UKI region. The role involves strategically expanding the portfolio of new clients across targeted industries in UKI, leading a solution and value-based sales process, and working closely with various teams to tailor solutions and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements
- Proactively build and grow a strong pipeline of large-account (2,000+ employees) opportunities through targeted new logo acquisition and driving expansion opportunity within your Book of Business (UKI based companies).
- Lead a solution and value-based sales process from initial prospecting and pipeline building to closing.
- Be the subject matter expert in presenting the value and drive the sales process across the Kahoot! suite.
- Effectively manage and communicate with senior key stakeholders to align Kahoot!’s solutions with their core business goals.
- Maintain a high standard of pipeline coverage (4x+ coverage ratio), forecasting rigor and CRM hygiene: weekly commit/best‐case, risk/upsides, crisp close plans, and maintaining an accurate hygiene.
- Consistently exceed quarterly revenue targets through disciplined execution.
- Measure success through disciplined account execution, enterprise deal velocity, deal quality (average deal size, conversion rates), sales cycle management, and forecast accuracy.
