Job Description
KAIROS, Inc is searching for an energetic, experienced, and highly motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position will perform work 100% at a Government on-site facility.
Requirements
- Drafting correspondence
- Scheduling appointments
- Organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files
- Providing information to callers
- Train and supervise other lower-level clerical staff
- Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions
- Scheduling travel and reconciling expenses
- Strong customer relations, analytics, documentation skills
- Microsoft office suite proficiency
- Ability to work within a challenging, fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to multi-task and meet competing, deliverable deadlines
- Detail oriented
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
