Engineering Technician III

KAIROS, Inc is searching for an energetic, experienced, and highly motivated Engineering Technician III, to join our team. This position will perform engineering analysis, gather data from electronics equipment, conduct testing and updates to test equipment, support the design and development of new systems or updates to existing components, subunits, or models, and conduct preparation and modification of engineering documents and drawings.

Requirements

• Design, preparation and modification of engineering documents and drawings.
• Performing one or a combination of the following duties: constructing components, subunits, or simple models or adapting standard equipment, troubleshooting and correcting malfunctions, conducting various tests or experiments, extracting and compiling engineering data, developing information concerning previous operational failures and modifications, performing assignments that are not completely standardized or prescribed.
• Receiving initial instructions, equipment requirements, and advice from supervisor or engineer as needed, performing recurring work independently, reviewing work for technical adequacy or conformity with instructions.
