Financial Systems Analyst, Senior

KAIROS, Inc is searching for a Financial Systems Analyst, Senior to join their team. The position provides financial management support for the division and requires expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost-benefit analysis.

Requirements

• Measure organizational performance and assess the effects of various programs and policies on the budget
• Examine budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with established procedures, regulations, and organizational objectives
• Employ cost-benefit analysis to review financial requests, assess program tradeoffs, and explore alternative funding methods
• Develop guidelines and policies governing the formulation and maintenance of budgets
• Conduct training sessions for company or government agency personnel regarding new budget procedures
• Coordinate financial activities across various stakeholders
• Manage finances across multiple funding types
• Track budgets, costs, and variances
• Produce executive summaries
• Conduct financial reporting and analyses on financial issues and customer requirements
• Develop and propose courses of actions (COAs) and recommendations for financial issues
• Interpret and apply financial management principles
• Apply financial management processes, techniques, policies, regulations and organizational strategic goals
