Schedule Analyst, Journeyman

KAIROS, Inc is searching for a Schedule Analyst, Journeyman to join their team. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining multiple project schedules, leading schedule development and status update meetings, and analyzing schedule change orders for impacts.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to perform functional duties independently
• Experience using Microsoft Project in a role and environment comparable to being a scheduler at NAVAIR
• Experience with schedule development and maintenance using Microsoft Project
• Experience with software used to develop summary schedules such as One Pager Pro
• Experience guiding a team through the schedule development process
• Experience developing and implementing basic scheduling process
• A basic knowledge and understanding of the NAVAIR organization and the acquisition process
• DAU Level II Certification or equivalent
• PMI-SP, Microsoft Scheduling Certificate or PMP
• Earned Value Management training and/or experience
• OnePager Pro proficiency or experience
• Project Management Office (PMO) experience
