Maintenance Supervisor

Role Overview

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for managing a 12-hour shift of union Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance employees to ensure equipment reliability and metal flow throughout the plant. They supervise all Maintenance Craft Workers, schedule/administer time & attendance, and direct safety meetings.

What You Will Do

The Maintenance Supervisor will identify and assist with equipment issues, coordinate resource sharing, review and document maintenance work activities, and use a CMMS system to enter Service Requests and manage Work Orders.

Requirements

• Undergraduate technical degree (BSME preferred) or Two (2) year associates degree in a maintenance discipline
• Five (5) years of experience in maintenance of which two (2) years was as a supervisor or a minimum of five (5) years maintenance supervisory experience
• Strong Mechanical and Electrical troubleshooting experience
• Heavy to Light Manufacturing Maintenance Experience
• Strong PC skills, including Windows, Word, and Excel
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and organizational skills
• Proven ability to work in teams
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
