Role Overview

Kaiser Aluminum Warrick is looking for an Electrical Engineering Associate to join their team in Newburgh, Indiana. The role is responsible for executing electrical engineering services to safely meet Warrick Operations' business plan by providing support to production, maintenance, and the engineering team.

What You Will Do

The Electrical Engineering Associate will provide process improvements, troubleshoot control systems, and repair electrical systems. They will also assist production and maintenance with equipment and process issues, and lead and participate in process improvements with multi-discipline technical staff.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated knowledge of electrical and electronic systems, excellent analysis and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. They will also be willing to work nonstandard shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
