Maintenance General Foreman

Role Overview

Lead, coach, develop, and motivate supervisors and craftsmen to achieve department objectives in a timely, safe, and environmentally compliant manner. Direct maintenance activities to ensure plant assets are maintained in the most effective manner possible while sustaining continuous plant operations.

What You Will Do

Ensure safety is the number one priority, ensure compliance with all EHS safety requirements, continually assess team member performance, and champion Reliability Focused Maintenance.

Why It Might Be a Fit

5-7 years of progressively increasing leadership experience in maintenance or engineering, demonstrated knowledge of engineering and maintenance concepts, and excellent communication and leadership skills.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of progressively increasing leadership experience in maintenance or engineering
• Demonstrated knowledge of engineering and maintenance concepts and industry technology
• 2 yr technical degree in a Maintenance related discipline or related work experience
• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
• Must be able to develop direct reports to facilitate career growth
• Proven ability to lead a team to success
• Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
