Role Overview

Lead an area engineering team to support production and maintenance efforts, providing technical support and guidance, developing capital and major maintenance plans, and mentoring team members. This role is part of the department leadership team and involves leading multidiscipline teams to solve problems and drive continuous improvement.

Lead a multidiscipline area engineering team, mentor and train engineers, drive problem-solving teams, maintain strong leadership, and align capital projects with operations, maintenance, and quality teams.

Requirements

• Supervisory experience in a manufacturing or process industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Influential and flexible leadership
• Strong experience in management with a proven track record of teamwork skills
• Sound understanding of Statistics and process control
• 5% travel
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 10 years of engineering and supervisory experience
• Hands on experience in heavy industrial and manufacturing environments
