Configuration Manager (Skill Level 3)

Kaizen Approach is seeking a Configuration Manager to support configuration management activities for developmental and operational systems. The role involves implementing and enforcing configuration management policies and procedures, utilizing automated CM tools, and performing change control and configuration audits.

Requirements

• Assist in implementing and independently implement hardware and software version control processes, policies, and procedures
• Utilize, manage, maintain, and develop configuration management tools (e.g., DOORS, Eclipse)
• Understand and apply configuration management concepts, and document hardware and software configuration management processes and procedures
• Maintain, manage, and develop the configuration management environment for hardware and software product build, staging, testing, and integration
• Define and implement hardware and software configuration management processes and procedures, including creating product build scripts and procedures
• Develop hardware and software version control processes, policies, and procedures, manage and maintain the configuration management environment, and support full lifecycle configuration management activities
• Serve as an advisor to or non-voting member of the Government Change Control Board (CCB) while managing configuration management activities
• 8 years of experience as a Configuration Manager on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
