Job Description
Kalshi is looking for a Payments Lead to own the full lifecycle of payments, from strategy to hands-on execution. The role involves managing and coordinating the roadmap for deposits, withdrawals, and PSP integrations, as well as directly managing providers, resolving issues, and monitoring day-to-day performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in payments, fintech, or product operations
- Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem
- Experience leading cross-functional projects
- Proven negotiation and vendor management skills
- Analytical and technical proficiency
- Bias toward action
- Excellent communication and project management skills
