Communications Manager

The Communications Manager leads internal and external communications to support company growth, reputation, and employee engagement across North America. The role involves developing internal and external communication strategies, supporting media relations, and advising senior leaders on messaging and communication approach.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, marketing communications, public relations, or journalism
• Proven experience developing and executing internal and external communication plans
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex topics into clear messaging for senior leaders and diverse audiences
• Direct experience with media relations, including press outreach and media inquiries
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, business, or a related field
