We are looking for a full-time Sales Assistant to join our office in China. In this role, you will provide administrative and operational support to the Inside Sales team and one or more Account Managers.
Requirements
- Several years of relevant work experience in a sales, commercial, or administrative role
- Experience supporting sales activities and communicating with customers
- Knowledge of administrative processes and sales administration
- Strong personal and professional time management skills
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and relevant business systems (preferably NAV)
- Good command of the English language, both spoken and written
- Ability to work accurately, structured, and organized
