Kautex Development Program – Operations

Kautex Development Program is a 12-month program that prepares participants for progression in the Operations function. Participants will gain knowledge and skills in Automation, Materials Management, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineering, and will be responsible for completing projects and supporting the team. The program includes performance coaching, rewards, and a community of Kautex Development Program participants across the globe.
