KDP Engineering 2026（KGZ CVS)

The KDP Engineering 2026 program is a 12-month minimum program that prepares participants for progression in the Engineering function. Participants will gain expert knowledge of the operational environment, develop technical skills, and create a community with Kautex Development Program participants across the globe. They will also complete projects defined by Management and work in line with all EHS Standards and Textron Ethics and Values.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering with focus on a preferred area of study
• Internships or extra-curricular volunteering experience is an advantage
• International experience by studying or working in foreign countries is desired
• Fluent English language skills are required, and an additional language would be an advantage
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
